Every had one of those days when you are ALL ready to go and the conspiracy against accomplishing ANYTHING begins before you get out of the bed?
Today is feeling like one of those 2 steps forward, 5 steps back days. I have accomplished a lot, even a few blog posts! YEAH!!
But the answers to some of my most pressing questions are depressing (cost way to much), or those I reach out to for assistance keep HANGING UP the DAMN PHONE.
I worked as a customer service rep in one form or another for over 30 years. If you don’t want to help solve problems, find another damn job. Answering a call and hanging up is NOT acceptable. NOT EVER.
Whew, so glad I can have my own personal bitch session so I won’t cuss out the NEXT customer service rep I get!
