No matter how rosy life is at the moment, the opportunity to have your breath knocked out of you at any given moment MUST be one of the joys of being human.

Life is humming along. Summer is here and I am really overjoyed to be in my favorite season.

I celebrated my birthday this month and have been busy as a bee all month long. I have written posts I didn’t have time to post. Then BAM! Something else goes wrong.

I admit, my rebel self is ALWAYS pissed off when this “normal” occurrence happens. When I plan for what I want to spend my money on – it’s not fixing the car or removing yet another tree that came down.

Yet, today is spectacular. I made myself sit down and write a few posts. Because I promised myself I would. Because I promised YOU I would.

July is right around the corner. Slow down and indulge in treating yourself well this summer. You deserve it. So do I!
