The last few days have been lazy and lovely. I love snow when I have nowhere to GO! I usually shovel, even when someone else offers because as long as I am able, it is a simple pleasure that I truly enjoy. There are so few things in life that truly matter at the end of the day. Living a life of joy makes your day flow better. The after effect is that it also makes you a person other people want to be around.

Joy is contagious, infectious even. Especially now that most people are so rushed and hurried, a simple hello and thank you to your cashier, holding the door open or just keeping a smile on your face often leads others to do the same. Try it! While some folks might thing you strange, others will speak and smile back. Their day is a little brighter and so is yours.
