If there is one thing we are NOT, it is PowerLESS! We have plenty of power, we, collectively and as individuals, seldom CHOOSE to use the power we have.

We’ve been taught to not “rock the boat” to “get in line” to “stay quite” and my personal favorite, “act like a lady”.

I am here to call bullshit on all of these things. We were given BRAINS and FREE WILL. We often let our brains decide matters best left to our hearts and vice versa.
How often do we really THINK about the POWER of FREE WILL?

Now is the time WE came here for? Don’t believe me? There are record numbers of women, over 50 who have had enough of being ignored, overlooked and told our time has passed. That is just ONE group. The same applies to minorities and others who feel their thoughts, wishes and desires have been marginalized to mold “some” into a fantasy of what LIFE could be.

I have a newsflash. I am living the life I want – maybe not Every Single THING I want, but I made my choices. Hopefully, you too, have had the LUXURY of making your own choices to create the life YOU WANT.
IF you haven’t, as long as you are breathing YOU have time to change that.

So, stop, access your situation and determine how WORRYING will help in any way, shape or form. IF Worrying won’t change a damn think, then just STOP.

Stop for 1 minute.

Then stop for 5 minutes.

Stop for 15 minutes.

Stop for an hour. After an hour how do you feel? Really? How. Do. YOU. FEEL? I hope you feel calmer, clearer and ready to clear some unwanted junk from your life.
If you don’t feel this way yet, start again tomorrow.

1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 Hour. How Do You Feel????
