After working on a client;s trip for several hours over many days, I finally nailed down flight and auto rental information for them to book.

I was using a new vendor and was pleasantly surprised to discover how reasonable their rates were. By the third time I logged on, I saw my FAVORITE thing, a Payment Link!

I emailed the link to my client, texted her to advise it was ready for her to book her flights and carried on with my day.

Hours later, she advised she had tried and tried but her payment Would NOT go through.

So, she asked me to do the payment, which I reluctantly took over the phone. Again, the payment would NOT go through.

Finally, I called the vendor directly and advised the issues with the payment not going through. He walked me through what he needed me to input, and advised he would forward to his tech team to trouble shoot. The payment would not go through!

Now this is getting crazy. He advised he created yet another payment link for my client, here we are on round 2.

Once more, the payment refused to process. This time, my client stopped and took a beat. She too, is a spiritually minded person, so she did what I forgot. She exhaled, and sat quietly. Finally, she double checked the airports and turns out there was a direct flight, same price she could book directly, which I advised she do post haste.

I say all of this because it’s been a long time since I was actively BLOCKED from doing anything. I have been unable to do certain things because I didn’t have the funds, or the time or the inclination. But I haven’t been actively BLOCKED in a long, long time. I forgot…

Pay attention to the times when no matter what you do, no matter HOW you do something, it Just Won’t WORK.

Stop.
Think.
Breathe.
There may be a better option for you at this time. Look for it. You may be pleasantly surprised by what you discover.
