Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. lived a live of service and service is what this weekend and life is about. Spend some time this week doing something for someone else with NO regard to what you will receive. Blessing YOU, Blesses ME!
Allowing Dr. Martin Luther King’s sacrifice of his life for justice and equality be turned into another “marketing holiday” is a travesty. We, and I include all people are now understanding that our $$$$$ have power, how we $pend and who we $pend with. Use your $$$$$ to support companies and products that promote diversity, dignity and justice and emboldens the human spirit in each of us. There are plenty of money grubbers who will literally do anything For a $ and to $ave a $ – are you one of them?
Once again, I begin my year with both blessings, trials and tribulations. My great Aunt Pat passed away on January 9, 2022. I can say, I always expected her to make the 100 mark. She, I am sure thought she would see at least that far. Unfortunately, it is not to be.
Aunt Pat was the only person in my family I could discuss spiritual matters with. She could see past the veil into what could be and more importantly, what should be. Losing yet another person who was always overjoyed to hear my voice or see my face is painful to say the least.

Her adverturous Joie de Vivre spirit will be missed. Truly missed. Thank you, Aunt Pat for always encouraging me to live my best life, take that leap of faith and have complete trust in the universe. I am so sad you’re gone.
Thanks for reading!
May 2022 bring you all the joy your heart can hold and the strength and grace to handle every curve ball.
Peace.
Michelle
